Customers receive a delivery or shipping confirmation details as soon as their order is out for delivery or ships.
We do NOT request or require in most cases a signature for deliveries. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to the driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special delivering instructions that you have asked us to include on your delivery label.
If you wish for us to ship you an order outside of our delivery boundary, please contact our customer service and an order will be placed over the phone. Shipping charges will be assessed the corresponding FedEx or U.S. Postal Service shipping cost for the weight and destination.
Military Address Orders will be assessed the corresponding USPS shipping cost for the weight and destination.
Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.
FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day service are also available. Please note that selecting this option does not guarantee that the order will ship the same day and only reflects the amount of business days in transit once shipped.
We will ship to P.O. Boxes through the U.S. Postal Service.
All FPO, APO and DPO orders are sent through U.S. Postal Service.

This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
FedEx does not ship nor deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
We will charge you a $15 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $15 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

Return Information
All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product by emailing us back to customer service email at ultimatesportnutrition@gmail.com or call our customer service number: 619-498-1022 Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise will be accepted.
Orders sent back without return authorization number will be refused.
25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
Delivery or Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product redelivered or reshipment. All redelivery items will be sent the next day of approval.
Refunds
At Ultimate Sport Nutrition, we want you to be overjoyed with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. If you’re unhappy with your order, because you received the wrong items or the product was damaged, we’ll make it right. We will only accept products that are new and unopened in the original packaging. Contact our award-winning Customer Service team within 2 days of your purchase and we’ll either give you a full refund or in-store credit equal to the value of your product.
If we sent you the wrong item, we will send you a return label and we will pay for the return shipping. If you receive a damaged item, we will also send you a return label, once we receive the product back from you, we will ship you a new one.
Ordering
How do I cancel my order?
Within minutes of submitting your order, our warehouse is already picking and packing your items. Unfortunately, after we start fulfilling it, we are unable to make any edits or cancel your order.
If your order is not out for delivery or has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Service department to cancel the order and refund your payment.
If your order is already out for delivery or has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it; however, you can return the unopened product for something else. You can return the product to your nearest Ultimate Sport Nutrition location. Please note that the refund does not include the cost delivery or of shipping. For more information on returning an order, please visit our Returns section.
If you need to edit or make changes to your order after it has been submitted, please contact our Customer Service Department. Depending on the situation, we may be able to make the needed changes without canceling the order.
How do I change my shipping address after an order is placed?

If your order is not out for delivery or has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Service department to cancel the order, refund your payment, and help you place a new order with the correct delivery or shipping address.
If your order is already out for delivery or has already shipped, we'll attempt to contact the courier to process a reroute, however a reroute often leads to a fee from the courier, which will be charged to you.
If we are unable to process a reroute or cancel the order, we are not responsible for leaving products at the wrong address you have provided to us. For shipping products, most of the time orders delivered to the wrong location are returned. Unfortunately, the return shipping process may take a while, especially for international orders. Once the order has returned and processed, you’ll be notified by email immediately and given the option to have the order reshipped to the corrected address, however you’ll be charged a shipping fee for the new order. If you decide you don't want the order to be delivered or order reshipped, we can issue a refund for the cost of the products, but cannot refund the shipping fees.

In Store Pickup
"In Store pickup" information:
All "In store Pickups" will be ready for pickup within 1 hour at the location of your choice after placing your order online. If for some reason the product will not be ready within an hour, our customer service will contact you immediately. All "In store pickups" need to be picked up during business hours of operation. Please check our business hours of operation for the choice of your store pickup. Any orders placed within less than 1 hour prior closing the store for the day, will be ready for pickup the next day within the first hour of operation. "In store pickup" orders placed after hours, will be ready within the first hour of operation the next day. Please contact our customer service if you have any additional questions.
